  • By using BeanCards's services, you certify that you are at least eighteen years old and older. If not, kindly do not send us any information.
  • In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other rules, clauses, or appendices listed on our site, Beancards hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide right to access and use the Beancards website for your own internal purposes only via supported Internet browsers.
  • Users understand and agree that Beancards owns all rights, titles, and interests in relation to the Beancards website, including all associated intellectual property.
Definition of terms
“Agreement” refers to the present Terms and Condioins as well as Privacy Policy and any further appendices, provisions or regulations attached thereto
“Address Verification System” or “Address Verification Service”, or “AVS” refers to the service checking if the address used by the person claiming to be the holder of a credit card corresponds to the real billing address with the purpose to prevent any fraudulent actions performed with the card.
“Billing Address” refers to any valid or real residential address the customer chose to use at registration.
“Business Day” refers to any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or any day when normal business operations are conducted.
“Card” or “Credit Card”, or “Virtual Credit Card”, or “VCC”, or “Debit Card”, or“Bankcard”, or “Bank Card” (incl. “Banking Card”, “Prepaid Card”, “Virtual Prepaid Card” or any other card mentioned in the context of the Beancards.com website) refers to any Payment Network branded debit payment instrument available for purchase on Beancards.com that may be delivered by Us to You.
“Client” or “Customer”, or “User”, or “Buyer” refers to a person or an entity who purchases items such as virtual prepaid cards on the Beancards website and use the services provided by Beancards.
“Card Number” refers to a unique number issued by a bank in the United States or Canada and digitally provided by Beancards.com to its Client after payment.
“CVV2” and “CVC2” refers to a unique security code for a particular Card digitally provided by Beancards.com to its client after payment.
“Cryptocurrency” (incl. “Crypto Money”, “Crypto” or “Crypto Currency”) refers to Bitcoin, Ethereum or any other digital asset serving as a medium of exchange and accepted for payment on the Beancards.com website.
“Expiry Date” (incl. “Expiration Date”) refers to the date until which the Card digitally provided by Beancards.com to its Client is valid. This date is digitally provided by Beancards.com after payment.
“Face Value” or “Nominal Value” refers to a monetary value stored on the card itself.
“Issuing Service” refers to Beancards service providing its clients with virtual prepaid cards available on the Beancards website.
“Online” or “On-line” refers to to any actions performed on the web (on the Internet)
“Payment Method” refers to any payment method stipulated in the How to Pay section or on the Main page of this site and accepted for payment on Beancards.com.
“Payment Transaction” refers to a transaction of electronic money or cryptocurrencies from the the Client to Beancards for the purpose of purchasing one or several virtual credit cards offered and available for purchase on the Beancards website.
“PIN” or “PIN Code”, or “PIN Number” refers to to “Personal Identification Number” and means a string of at least four digits used to unlock the credit card, complete various financial transactions, verify the card holder's identity and serving for additional security to the electronic transaction process.
“Refund” refers to a reimbursement of a sum of money to the customer who paid to purchase the card in accordance with Beancards refund policy.
“Registration” or “Card Registration” refers to the process of registering the data of the Card purchased by the Client from Beancards on the Beancards website, with a view to further using the Card by the Client as it deems appropriate, as well as any other actions described in the Card Balance and Registration section of this site.
“Support” or “Support Team”, or “Support Service” (incl. “Customer's Support” or “Customer Support”) refers to the service team of Beancards that will process, treat and handle the Client's inquiries and issues relating to the use of the virtual prepaid cards purchased from Beancards.
“Verification” (incl. “Verifying”, deriving from “Verify”) refers to checking the data or information submitted.
“Website” or “Site”, or “Web Platform” (incl. “Internet Site”) refers to the set of Beancards web pages and / or mobile phone applications (APPs) accessible on www.beancards.com or from App Store (if available), or from Play Market (if available).
“We”, “Us” and “Our” refers to Beancards
“You” and “Your” refers to the person who accepts these Terms and Conditions as well Privacy Policy or any other regulations, provisions or appendices stipulated on the Beancards website and uses its services.
Terms of use
  • In order to access and utilize the Beancards website and its services, the customer is in charge of keeping their network connections up and running smoothly.
  • After a successful registration, Beancards offers virtual prepaid Visa and Mastercard bank cards that are immediately ready for online payment.
  • Regardless of the nation the customer is currently residing in, Beancards cards are available for purchase and are prepared for online use worldwide.
  • Virtual prepaid cards are issued instantly upon payment acceptance by an automated issuing service that is accessible around-the-clock.
  • As soon as Beancards completes and approves the payment transaction, the customer receives the card. When the consumer decides to pay using a cryptocurrency, they will have access to the card as soon as the payment transaction has been validated.
  • Beancards will send the card(s) that the customer successfully paid for on the email address that the customer provided at the time of purchase the following business day, in cases where the customer who successfully paid for the purchase and does not receive the card(s) due to a network connection failure or disruption, a delay in card collection, or any other legitimate reason and in cases when the customer fail to disclose their email address, they can get in touch with the Support Team and furnish their Payment ID along with additional convincing evidence of the payment transaction's success to collect the cards.
  • Certain cards can be registered under any name including ones that are assumed and to any actual billing address. The client is responsible for verifying that the city and zip code they provide match. There are no ID requirements or other paperwork for registration.
  • The customer can check the card balance and statement any time directly on the Beancards website in the Card Registration and Balance section by using their card number and PIN to access them.
  • The customer acknowledges that Beancards virtual prepaid cards are for online use only and cannot be used to withdraw funds.
  • The consumer is fully aware that a merchant does not require a security code (CVV, CVC, etc.) for authorization may accept Beancards cards.
  • Customers are also informed that their card will not be accepted at that merchant for the following full day if a transaction is declined by that merchant.
  • The client is aware that a number of questionable or suspicious transactions (reversals of authorization, declined transactions, chargebacks, etc.) could lead to the blocking of their credit cards. For example, if you try to make a transaction three times and it fails, the bank will block your card(s).
  • Additionally, the client acknowledges that using a Beancards virtual prepaid card for any deceptive or unlawful activity could result in the cancellation of their card or all of their cards being blocked.
  • The client acknowledges that Beancards prepaid cards do not allow for negative balances (overdrafts) and that any attempt to do so will be considered fraudulent and may result in the blocking of the customer's card or cards altogether.
  • The customer also acknowledges that Beancards cards are not reloadable in any possible way.
  • The customer is fully aware that there are many services that do not accept the use of any prepaid cards for subscriptions that require recurrent payment. Customers are aware that if they try to pay for a subscription more than once and are unsuccessful, their cards might be blocked, and they won't be able to get them back or get a refund.
  • The client acknowledges that all payments made on our website for goods and services are done automatically. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the amount transferred for payment exactly matches the amount that is due as stated on the order form. The client is fully aware that there is a transaction fee that needs to be paid in addition to the total amount owed.
Refund Policy
  • Customers have to accept the terms of Beancards' refund policy, which states that they may receive a refund of 50% of the card's face value within one calendar month of the purchase date as long as they don't use it for any purpose (i.e., they don't make a single transaction with it) and don't debit the card and then return the money. The client consents to receive their refund within 15 business days of submitting their refund request.
  • The Beancards Support Team only handles all refund-related matters. No other contact means and dealing line is legible.
Declaration
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and the service(s), including all server and network components, are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind. Including , But not limited to any implied warranties of merchantablity, title, fitness for A particular purpose, and non-infragement, we expressly disclaim all conditions, representations, warranties, or other terms, whether expressed or implied.
  • You acknowledge that we make no guarantees regarding the availability, timeliness, security, or error-free operation of the service(s) or website. You also acknowledge that we make no guarantees regarding the security, error-free operation, or virus-free status of the service(s), which are provided over the internet and are outside our control.
